Transforming digital strategy across multiple markets
Santander is a leading global bank present in more than 20 countries. Santander wanted to transform and consolidate their digital strategy across countries as part of a digital marketing acceleration programme. Santander wanted to define a common tech stack, optimise digital marketing tools and drive digital transformation through the rollout of experiments and innovation projects.
Using our expertise in the Google Marketing Platform we accelerated and consolidated their data and media activations in Google marketing platforms. We developed innovation projects, created a digital marketing playbook to improve their digital ecosystem and deployed a digital transformation plan.
Our activity has led to a 15% growth in Digital maturity level in Google Marketing Platforms and this has resulted in a €14m business impact in countries where digital transformation has been made.
