Our media negotiations happen at the local, regional and global level.

The local teams identify the optimum partners in order to deliver the plan for each client, and do client specific deals. This is a unique approach versus the holding companies who all do self-serving corporate negotiations. We believe that the deals we do with each vendor should deliver the plan. The deals should not lead the plan.

With client specific deals, we can create deals that are time specific, we can play vendors off against each other etc. Our local agencies are often the largest in their respective market so have an inherent bargaining power to enable these client deals.
We then augment local deals with regional or global deals with the key digital platforms such as LinkedIn, META, Google, Amazon, TikTok and Microsoft. We consistently drive double digital savings for new clients, which are often measured by third party media auditors.

This combination allows us maximum agility and clout for our clients. We can pivot channels or tactics instantly to ensure that maximum value is always delivered.
