Niclas Froberg

Niclas is Chief Executive Officer and founding member of the leading Nordics agency group, Tre Kronor. Founded in 2007 by Niclas and two co-founders, Carl Johan Grandinson and Jacob de Geer, Tre Kronor has established itself as a leading independent performance based integrated agency. Just under a decade since its launch, Tre Kronor now employs over 80 people in Sweden, is listed in the OTC NY (UCPA) and has been awarded Sweden’s best media agency by Media Week (Stockholm) for four consecutive years.

Prior to founding Tre Kronor, Niclas worked for Mindshare from 1999 to 2006 where he established and development the Swedish operation from 7 people to 160 people in seven years, with a turnover of $400 million.

Niclas has worked in the communications industry since 1990 and has been responsible for managing and leading high profile brands including Unilever, Ford, Volvo, 3 and SAS.

Niclas has regularly judged many international and local industry awards and sponsorship events including Cannes Media Lions, Guldagget, 100 Wattaren, Golden Hammer and Dubai Lynx.
